Your role will be to properly manage your section whilst assisting the Executive and Sous Chef in overseeing that the kitchen runs smoothly and to the high standards set by the establishment. To be successful in securing this highly sought after position, it is imperative that you have held a position in either a 5 star environment or reputable high end restaurants.
