John would say that “I am a better banking recruitment consultant than I ever was a banker”. He appreciates what banking is today and loves to instil his knowledge in shaping careers.
Having specialized in commercial lending and trade finance he is well versed, well connected and well placed to talk about banking and finance requirements.
Johns years in recruitment have enabled him to develop a large network of clientele to be referenced when needed.
Most importantly John is passionate about his role and welcomes an opportunity to assist individuals to arrive at their ideal career destination.

Alison established her career in administration and then brought her organisation skills into building a business and a family.
She is the epitome of the Anderson Kelly Values as she helps provide perspective as to what is a balanced lifestyle - mixture of professionalism and family values.

is a communications graduate with experience in client relationships, managing staff and ad writing. Philippa completed honours in 2005 and wrote her dissertation “Talkin' Bout My Generation” on Generation I and Y typologies. In her undergraduate degree Philippa majored in communications, public relations and sociology.
With this background of communication and people skills Philippa has turned her career direction to recruitment, energized by the challenges offered by this type of role. With an aim to quickly develop her networks and client list Philippa is keen to put her learned skills to practical use and to start matching candidates to clients.
