John Anderson - Director
is the founder and Managing Director of Anderson Kelly and is actively involved as a senior consultant. Having left a safe career haven of seventeen years in commercial banking John set up his first recruitment agency in 1997. John would say that “I am a better banking recruitment consultant than I ever was a banker”. He appreciates what banking is today and loves to instil his knowledge helping with business units' growth strategies and in shaping individuals careers.
Having specialized in commercial lending and trade finance John is well versed, well connected and well placed to talk about the banking and finance industry. His years in the industry have equipped him with a wealth of knowledge about the inside workings of the banking industry, the structure, the culture and the current market trends.
Johns years in recruitment have enabled him to develop a large network of clientele to be referenced when needed and a good understanding of the importance of making sure the 'fit' is right.
Most importantly John is passionate about his involvement in a recruitment process, passionate about finding the best Candidate for a role and the best role for a Candidate.
Alison Anderson - Director
(nee Kelly) manages the day to day operation of Anderson Kelly ensuring a smooth and transparent working environment for the Consultants to do what they do best. She also enforces the a culture of professionalism, teamwork, integrity.
Alison established her career in administration and then brought her organisation skills into building a business and a family.
She is the epitome of the Anderson Kelly Values as she helps provide perspective as to what is a balanced lifestyle - a mixture of professionalism and solid family values.
Pauline Gill - State Manager (Victoria)
Pauline has been involved in recruitment for over 13 years. She began working with people and businesses when she was employed by a large International corporation and was involved in finding the people they needed to succeed in a tough market.
A very perceptive woman, Pauline has a natural feel for what makes people tick. She exercised this gift for a number of years as a Recruitment Consultant and Manager of some large well known agencies before joining the boutique environment of Anderson Kelly as the State Manager for Victoria and Tasmania.
Pauline is a mother of two beautiful children. She gets a kick out of meeting new people and is passionate about teams working well together, colleagues learning from each other and people in business making wise recruitment decisions. Pauline has a drive and an energy to achieve the best results for her Clients, her Candidates and her Team that is impressive to witness.

Yvonne Skinner - State Manager (South Australia and Western Australia)
Yvonne has over 25 years experience in the Banking and Finance Industry. Positions held include 14 years as Head of Branches, Adelaide Bank and 6 years as State Manager, Wizard Home Loans (2007/2008 State Manager of the Year). These roles included recruitment, sales, management and marketing and as such Yvonne’s foray into Recruitment Services actually began years ago.
Yvonne is very relationship driven resulting in the development of an extensive network. Her years in the Finance industry provide her with an in-depth knowledge of this sector and her background and networks provide her with the tools to position herself as a key player in Recruitment for Financial Services.

His involvement so far incorporates working up to management level in 5 star hotels in the UK and Australia, successfully operating and owning 3 Melbourne restaurants and over 3 years recruitment experience. Andrew has the proven track record, skills, knowledge and networks to become a prominent player in hospitality recruitment.

Alana Birch
Alana joins Anderson Kelly with over 12 years of recruitment experience. Specialising in recruiting office/admin personnel, accounts, sales/marketing/customer service staff and retail personnel, Alana is a very neat fit for the team as these support areas are all valuable to our existing Clients.
Prior to recruitment Alana had extensive secretarial, sales and marketing experience which helps her connect with her candidates and the roles she is now recruiting for.
Alana’s depth of recruitment experience is a valuable asset to the team as she shares her learned skills and ideas. Alana also shares a positive approach to her work and a zest for recruitment through all its different phases which of course is great for the team.
Philippa Papageorgiou
Philippa started with Anderson Kelly in May 2006 as a new graduate with a Bachelor of Communications majoring in Public Relations under her belt. Her studies only enhanced her determination to forge a career in an area that enabled her to work with and assist people. Recruitment has proven to be an excellent utility by which she can achieve this goal and put her communication and ‘people’ skills to good use.
Philippa’s empathy with candidates enables them to feel comfortable in an interview situation. This then brings out their best and enables Anderson Kelly to represent them in an honest and beneficial manner.

Lisa Baccega
Lisa joined Anderson Kelly with a Diploma in Business from Swinburn Uni, a Certificate IV in Business Administration and a keen interest in working in Human Resources or similar fields. Lisa brings to our team a good sense of organisation and planning, assisting our Consultants to work in the most effective manner. A reliable and efficient Administrator, Lisa embraces challenge and change and is very good at getting things done. As a new recruit to the Anderson Kelly team Lisa is a very welcome addition.
