Anderson Kelly was founded in 2004 by John Anderson based on a vision to becoming an established provider of quality specialist recruitment services. It has evolved out of one person’s industry knowledge in the Banking and Finance sector to what it is today, a multi-industry specialist recruitment provider.

We pride ourselves on our knowledge and understanding of the clients we recruit for, the specialisations we recruit within, along with our service which is quite simply put as ‘second to none’.

Anderson Kelly simplifies the recruitment process for our clients – we take a complex and often difficult, yet critical component of a business and make it seamless and streamlined. We focus on fewer but better candidates.
